(Finance) – FromOn September 2nd they can be submitted to INPS, in whichimplementing body, the applications for work incentives for young people with disabilities, wanted by the Ministry for Disabilities, as provided for by law no. 18 of 2024 which strengthened the measure provided for
from Article 28 of Legislative Decree no. 48 of 2023.
The Institute itself communicated this in a note explaining that the measure recognizes a contribution in favor of third sector entities and non-profit organizationsfor any person with disabilities, under the age of thirty-five, employed pursuant to Law 12 March 1999, n. 68, with a permanent employment contract between 1 August 2020 and 30 September 2024, for the performance of activities in compliance with the statutes of said entities.

The objective, in line with the social mission of the Institute, is also to enhance and incentivize the professional skills of young people with disabilities”says the President of the Institute, Gabriele Fava.
