Did not meet all requirements of food legislation
This means that all the requirements of the food law were not met and the cafe will have a follow-up check to make sure everything is fixed.
Among other things, the drain to the sink in the kitchen was not tight, the inspection report states News24 took part in. “Paper had been used to seal. There was a sewage smell in the café area,” the report states.

Poor cleanliness in the kitchen
The café also received support for its cleanliness. “Dry goods, dirty towel, paper towels, cutting board, canteens were kept together and not separately. Items that do not belong in the kitchen or are not used should be removed to facilitate cleaning,” the report states.
It also states that the storage space was dirty and that allergens were handled and stored in an unsafe manner.
