(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Direct SIMa company active in online trading and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has resolved the suppression of the post of general manager with immediate effect. Therefore, a note reads, Elena Motta will no longer be part of the staff.
In Directa since 1998Motta was first Customer Service Manager (1999 – 2007), then Communication and Marketing Manager (2007 – 2011), then Commercial Director (2011 – 2018) and from 2018 she was General Manager.
All functions previously performed by the general manager will be assumed by the managing director, Vincenzo Tedeschi.
