(Finance) – Direct SIMa company active in online trading and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has announced that theCEO Vincenzo Tedeschi now owns 1,140,000 shares, equal to 6.08% of the share capitalexceeding the participation threshold of relevance of 5%.
This follows to the issue of 769,000 new shares following theexercise of the same number of “Warrant Directa SIM 2021 – 2025” at the price of 0.98 euros each, of which 0.40 euros of nominal value and 0.58 euros of share premium, made by Tedeschi. The financial investment by the manager was 753,620 euros.
The shareholders holding a stake of at least 5% of the share capital of Directa SIM are now: Massimo Segre with 50.05%, Andrea Grinza with 10.08%, Mario Fabbri with 8.99%, Giancarlo Marino with 7.66%, Vincenzo Tedeschi with 6.08%. The floating stands at 19.75%.
