An agreement was reached early this morning during the UN climate summit in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt. There will be a compensation fund for poor countries and the target of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees remains intact after arguing. The agreement is met with disappointment. Not only by environmental organizations, but also by the mayor of Utrecht.
