Digitouch rises to 100% of Digitouch Technologies (formerly Meware)

TAS in 2021 revenues up and margins down

(Finance) – DigiToucha company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and specialized in Cloud Marketing and Digital Transformation, has bought the last 20% of the capital of Digitouch Technologies (formerly Meware), a company specialized in ICT services and with a focus on the design and implementation of IT solutions. DigiTouch is so climbed to 100% of capital, after starting the operation in 2019 and rising further last year. The corresponding of today’s transaction is equal to 392 thousand euros, net of the net financial position. Digitouch will pay the sellers a portion of the price of the third tranche, equal to 196 thousand euros, in equity securities by Digitouch.

In the 2021 Digitouch Technologies registered revenues equal to approximately 8 million euros, an increase of 6% compared to 2020. In first quarter 2022 instead generated revenues of approximately 2.6 million euros, up 12% compared to the same period of 2021. By the first half of 2022, Digitouch Technologies will incorporate the other tech company of the group, Purple Ocean, by merger further rationalization operation.
