(Finance) – Digital360 has announced that it has purchasedfrom 11 to 15 July 2022, in total 8,589 treasury sharesequal to 0.043% of the share capital, at the weighted average price of 4.378 euros for a countervalue overall of 37,606.69 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by the Company’s Shareholders’ Meeting on April 27, 2021.
As of July 15, the SME active in digital transformation and entrepreneurial innovation directly holds 143,877 treasury shares, equal to 0.728% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the stock market, it is moving into negative territory Digital360 which stands at 4.32 euros, with a decrease of 1.14%.
