(Finance) – DIGITAL360a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the field of media and digital transformation, ha acquired 51% of the company Digital Sales. This is the seventh contractual acquisition in just over 12 months. Digital Sales is a startup specialized in digital solutions to support B2B marketing and sales (MarTech and SalesTech). The company has focused on helping companies to effectively use Marketing Automation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technological solutions based on the software platform of Hubspot, a leading company in this field and listed on Nasdaq.
The price paid for 51% of the shares of Digital Sales it is equal to 150,000 euros (excluding NFP). An adjustment of the amount paid on the basis of the EBITDA recorded by the company in the years 2023 and 2024 is envisaged. The agreement provides, starting from the time of approval of the financial statements relating to 12/31/2024, the possibility for both parties exercise of cross options (Put & Call) for the purchase or sale of the residual 49%.
