Digital360, 1st half revenues jump to 44.3 million thanks to acquisitions

(Finance) – Digital360a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan which aims to accompany businesses and public administrations in understanding and implementing digital transformation, closed the first half of 2023 with revenues totaling 44.3 million euros, with an increase of 80% compared to the same period in 2022, when their value was 24.5 million euros. Much of this growth is attributable to the acquisitions made during 2022 which become fully operational in the half-year: with the same consolidation boundaries, revenue growth still amounts to around 12%.

L’EBITDA is equal to 6.7 million euros, up by 34% compared to the 5 million in the corresponding period of 2022.Net income consolidated amounts to 0.8 million euros. This amount, due to the increased financial costs deriving from the greater net debt and greater amortization, is down compared to the 1.8 of the last half-year. There Net Financial Position it owes 17.2 million euros (compared to 14.4 as of 31 December 2022).
