(Finance) – The new Board of Directors of Digital Magicsappointed at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 26 April 2022, confirmed the positions of Executive Chairman to Marco Gabriele Gay and Chief Executive Officer to Gabriele Ronchini, giving them legal representation and full powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration, intending to give continuity in the pursuit of the objectives of the 2021-2025 Business Plan.
To Alessandro Malacart it was the position of Chief Financial Officer confirmedwith full powers and legal representation regarding the administration, finance and control of the company. Alberto Fioravanti is confirmed Chief Technology Officerwith powers and responsibilities to address the issues relating to the technological choices of the company and of the subsidiaries that have an active incubation or acceleration program.
Finally, it was also confirmed the role of Chief Digital Officer for Edmondo Sparanoresponsible for the dealflow of the accelerators, with delegations and responsibilities to address the issues relating to digital business models that are the basis of the selection of projects and initiatives (startups and scaleups) on which the company decides to be active and which provides companies for which an incubation or acceleration program is in operation.
The new Board of Directors, which in addition to the aforementioned members, also consists of Francesco Marini as Independent Director, Claudio Berretti, Claudio Giuliano, Davide Dattoli, Maria Cristina Pensini, Floriana Vitale, Francesca Giubergia, Alessio Gasperini, confirmed the trust to the operating directors and management of the company.
