Baarn – Residents of Baarn can now report striking behavior of young people via a digital form. In this way, the municipality wants to tackle exploitation harder. Research showed last year that young people in Baarn are also vulnerable to criminals who force, manipulate or abuse them to participate in drug trafficking.
