Exemptions and exceptions
You can apply for an exemption for some diesel vehicles. For example, for medical reasons or in case of demonstrable financial necessity.
The municipality also makes exceptions. Camper owners who live within the environmental zone boundaries are allowed to pack and unpack in front of their house.
Vintage cars aged 40 and over are also allowed into the city. The same applies to wheelchair accessible vehicles. This must be in the RDW vehicle registration register. You will find all admission requirements here.
