Did Tove die in Vetlanda from vomiting? – “Impossible to judge”

The find of Felts corpse suggests strangulation, but vomiting cannot be ruled out as the cause of death.

Tove’s body had been lying for 17 days before she was found, and as she was burned, the cause of death cannot be fully determined. It cannot therefore be ruled out that Tove’s death was caused by inhaled stomach contents. That is what the National Board of Health and Welfare’s legal advice has come to, according to P4 Jönköping.

“Benefit of doubt”

According to the legal advice, it is impossible to assess whether and to what degree vomit in the lungs contributed to Tove’s death.

Now the accused 20-year-old’s defender means Clea Sangborn that because there is reasonable doubt as to the cause of death, the court should acquit rather than convict.
