A tenant stopped using a bathroom due to its poor condition, but did not report the damage. Now the landlord is suing the man for the cost of the renovation, Hem & Hyra reports.
When the landlord arrived at the townhouse, the bathroom had not been used for five years. An inspection showed extensive damage.
The renovation cost SEK 125,000, which was sent to the tenant who did not pay. The landlord has now submitted a lawsuit to the district court.
