(Finance) – In relation to the buy back program, DiaSorin has announced that it has purchasedbetween 23 and 29 August 2022, overall 120,999 treasury shares at the average price of 133.5708 euros, for a countervalue equal to 16,161,931.93 eurosas part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 29 April 2022.
Following the announced purchases, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, as of August 29, DiaSorin holds 2,232,456 treasury shares equal to 3.9902% of the share capital.
