(Finance) – In relation to the buy back program, DiaSorin has announced that it has purchasedbetween 16 and 22 August 2022, overall 96,374 treasury shares at an average price of 137.0653 euros, for a countervalue equal to 13,209,534.05 eurosas part of the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 29 April 2022.
Following the announced purchases, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio, as of 22 August, DiaSorin holds 2,111,457 treasury shares equal to 3.7739% of the share capital.
