Diablo 4: Tier Cunning to Vampiric Powers

Since Season 2, players in Diablo 4 have been able to equip Vampiric Powers to strengthen their heroes. As evil as the powers may be, they provide powerful bonuses that you should take advantage of. We’ll show you which ones are the best, how to unlock them and what you should pay attention to.

What are Vampiric Powers? The Vampiric Powers are the new season mechanic in Season 2. You can use them to improve your hero in order to benefit from even more powerful bonuses.

They work differently than the hearts players were able to farm in Season 1. In our overview we will now show you some of the generally best powers for your hero so that you can decide which power you want to use.

Which are the best powers? We compared different sources and took the meta into account to come up with the best possible result for our list. We list all powers from S (very good) to C (mediocre) so that you know which are the best options for your heroes.

Note that your required powers may change depending on your build – so it’s difficult to draw a general conclusion for all classes and builds. However, the options we have listed are powerful powers that you can use for almost all matters.

How do I unlock Vampiric Powers? To unlock Vampiric Powers you have three options:

  • You use Mighty Blood and can get a random power
  • You complete the seasonal quest and receive a power depending on the mission
  • You level up on the hunter fame board and gain new powers depending on your level
  • However, it is important that you first have to complete some missions in the seasonal story in order to be able to unlock and use the powers menu.

Can I improve the powers? Once you’ve unlocked the powers you need, all you need to do is upgrade them. You can do this with enough “Mighty Blood” in the Powers menu. However, it is important to have the necessary covenants on your armor in order to be able to equip your powers. If you don’t have these, you can’t equip them.

    There are three pacts:

  • divinity
  • Wildness
  • eternity
  • So if you only have 5 Divinity but you need 6 Divinity, you would not be able to activate the Cursed Touch power in your build.
