Blizzard has released the official patch notes for Patch 1.3.2 in Season 3 of Diablo 4. Among other things, the drop rate of Uber Uniques will be adjusted and a new system integratedwith which you can soon make them yourself.
This is in the patch notes:
Patch 1.3.2 is coming on February 13th and refers in particular to the Uber Uniques in Diablo 4. The drop rate has been adjusted outside of Duriel, where you can farm them specifically.
In addition, “Uber Unique Crafting” will be introduced into Diablo 4 with the patch. This means that you can make them yourself using a new resource – provided you have collected the coveted items.
In addition, adjustments will be made to the “Lunar Awakening” event as well as numerous bug fixes in the game.
On February 1st, Community Manager Adam Fletcher warned that you should keep your Uber Uniques in any case – even if you don’t “need” them. The patch notes now provide the answer to what that specifically meant.
Making Uber Uniques
Why keep the Uber Uniques? In the patch notes for 1.3.2, the developers explain that they want to give players more freedom when it comes to the Uber Uniques they want. You’ve heard feedback that duplicate or unwanted drops from Uber Uniques reduce your sense of achievement.
With the upcoming patch there will be a new system for Uber Uniques. You can collect Uber Uniques to get the new resource “Magnificent Sparks”. You can “transmute” these into an Uber Unique at the Alchemist. Additionally, Patch 1.3.2 will increase the chance of Uber Uniques dropping outside of Duriel runs.
Aside from the changes to the “Uber Unique” system, there will be some bug fixes. Below you will find the complete patch notes in German. You can also view these on the official Blizzard website.

Patch 1.3.2 is coming on February 13th – the leaderboards in Diablo 4 should actually be there too. However, after a date for the feature was announced, the developers backtracked and so far there is nothing new about the endgame feature.
Some players seem disappointed because they apparently see the leaderboards and the associated dungeon as a welcome change for the endgame: Diablo 4: Players are waiting for a feature that is supposed to make the endgame more entertaining, but Blizzard is postponing the release
