Diablo 4: New patch from June 14th

On the night of June 14th there was a new hotfix for Diablo 4. In this 2 aspects for the whirlwind build for barbarians were re-enabled and there were important adjustments to all dungeons. MeinMMO shows you the patch notes in German.

The Patch Notes in German – What has changed? Community Manager Adam Fletcher posted the patch notes for Hotfix 9 on the official forums. We translate them for you:

  • Dungeons:
  • Further adjustments to the density of elite monsters in dungeons. This is now standardized, so no particular dungeon for farming should be better than others.
  • Bug Fixes – Legendary Aspect Changes:
  • Fixed an issue with the Blademaster’s Aspect where the effect was incorrectly applying to Whirlwind when using a shout.
  • Fixed an issue with the Berserker Rend aspect and Barbarian two-handed sword expertise that could allow players to unintentionally deal large amounts of damage.
  • Both aspects were deactivated a few days earlier and are now available again.
  • Various:
  • Fixed an issue where the World Tier 3 quest was being given to players who did not yet have the requirements for that tier.
  • Fixed an issue where an event in the Dilapated Aqueducts zone was not scaling correctly.
  • Other stability improvements.

    June 14th Patch Brings Back Whirlwind Barbarians, Makes Farms “Fairer”

    What do the changes do? With the return of the two aspects, Whirlwind Barbarians work better again. The build was at the top of the Diablo 4 tier list and one of the best to date.

    The deactivation caused it to drop significantly for a short time, but it still worked. Now he should be stronger again, although not as strong as the previous bug. Simply killing the hardest boss in a few minutes shouldn’t work anymore.

    The adjustment to the dungeons should ensure that no dungeon stands out as much as before in the best farm spots for Legendarys and Co. This is the third time that Blizzard has readjusted here since the release.

    However, a “best dungeon” will probably emerge shortly, which can simply be played faster than all the others. At least the mass of special opponents should remain the same, which ensures that every dungeon is worthwhile.
