Allegedly, a first test of Diablo 4 is already running before the game is released for fans in a beta. The first players in the “Family & Friends” alpha may already like the game, although they can’t tell yet.

What do the testers say? According to well-known journalist and industry insider Jason Schreier, the feedback on the test has been “largely positive,” although he doesn’t elaborate on what exactly is being praised (via Twitter).
Criticism in the comments goes into the fact that Diablo Immortal was also well received in the tests, but is now scaring, above all, with its monetization. According to Schreier, a shop in Diablo 4 is probably not yet to be tested.
Basically, content in the shop is purely cosmetic and the developers themselves have already said that Diablo 4 will be monetized differently than Diablo Immortal.

What’s in Diablo 4? Apart from the information about the shop, there are already some details about the content of the upcoming Hack’n’Slay. For example, we already know the campaign duration and the max level of Diablo 4.
In addition, the new Diablo should get over 150 dungeons, even if that causes skepticism. There are also 5 classes available for release: barbarian, sorceress, druid, huntress and the last introduced necromancer.

When can I play Diablo 4? There is still no concrete release date for Diablo 4, except that it should appear in 2023. In 2023, Blizzcon should also take place again as a real trade fair, and you can probably expect a date for publication there at the latest.
