Diablo 4: Farming Wicked Hearts

With the Wicked Hearts, Diablo 4 changes builds and mechanics in the action RPG in Season 1. You can find out how to farm hearts quickly here.

How to farm the Wicked Hearts fast? There is a little trick that will give you a lot of hearts in a few minutes. Diablo Expert Rob2628 was the first player to level 100 and uploaded a heart farm video.

However, you need the quest “The Cold Hard Truth”, one of the quests from the season story. You have to go to the “Velkhova Church” for this. If you no longer have the quest because you have already completed the season story, you can also be invited to do so and go through the dungeon in co-op.

How to farm Wicked Hearts:

  • Enter the dungeon and run through it
  • Next to a health fountain you will find a corrupted bubble – with a bit of luck this is already a “Vicious Monster” that will give you a heart
  • Proceed to the boss fight, perform the ritual and kill the boss
  • You will get a guaranteed Wicked Heart here

    Important: Stop talking to the NPC in the boss cave after the boss is killed and you have the heart. Then you continue the quest and you cannot repeat it.

    Exit the dungeon and try restarting the quest cave using the reset button in the menu. If the button doesn’t work, log out and log back in.

    How easy is it to farm hearts here? If you’ve got used to it and if you’re still out and about with other players, then you can bag at least one heart in 2 minutes. If there is a malicious monster in the corrupted bubble, you will get two hearts in a few minutes.
