The start of Season 29 in Diablo 3 is imminent. We’ll show you everything about the season bonus, balance changes and the most important information about the start.
When does Season 29 start? Season 29 of Diablo 3 begins on Friday, September 15th at 5:00 p.m. German time.
One of the highlights is the single player mode. This is the last season of Diablo 3 that brings new content. From Season 30 onwards, old seasonal themes will be reused. There are also balance adjustments and bug fixes. But no more new topics.
Season buff from S29
This is the buff: With Visions of Hostility, portals (Diabolic Rifts) will periodically appear in the wilds of Sanctuary. There you will find nasty opponents who offer you big rewards.
There are also adjustments to the Paragon level with a cap and new ways to distribute the points. New monster affixes are also waiting for you. One piece of content that many have been waiting for is the single player mode. We show you the changes in detail here:
Cosmetic Rewards: No season of Diablo 3 should be without one: the cosmetic rewards. For the coming season you can unlock the Galactic Wings, the “Old Growth” companion and the “Greydeep Island” portrait frame. This is content that has already existed in previous seasons.
New cosmetic rewards include the Quoth companion and the Mad King’s Favor portrait frame. You can see both new contents here:
Starter sets for every class with Haedrig’s gift
What is that? For completing Chapters 2, 3, and 4 of the Seasonal Journey, you will be rewarded with Haedrig’s Gifts. Each gift contains a few pieces of a class set. Depending on which class you open a gift with, the content adapts. If you open all 3 gifts with the same character, you will receive a complete class set. With a 6-set bonus you become really powerful and can start in high Greater Rifts.
The following sets are available for you in Season 29:
On the next page we will show you the patch notes in German.
