(Finance) – In the first nine months of the year, the group DHH has registered consolidated revenues equal to 25.6 million euros, an increase of 24% compared to the corresponding figure for 2022.
Adjusted consolidated EBITDA amounted to 8.4 million euros compared to 6.3 million euros in 2022 (+34%). Organic adj EBITDA growth was 22%. The adjusted EBITDA margin went from 31% to 34%, despite the consolidation of Connesi which presents an EBITDA of 26%.
L’EBIT consolidated adj was equal to 4.3 million euros compared to 3.2 million euros (+36%) and theNet income adj was equal to 2.5 million euros compared to 1.9 million euros (+32%).
The operating cash flow was equal to 7.1 million euros compared to 5.3 million euros (+36%), of which 6 million euros due to organic growth (+21%).
There financial position net income rose to 7.8 million euros compared to 6 million euros in the previous period.
