The police technician states that there was some form of detonation near the property which suffered shrapnel damage. An adjacent building has also sustained some damage.
The detonation must have happened sometime between late Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.
There are no reports that anyone has been injured.
There are no suspects at this time, police say.

The European Central Bank (ECB) leaves its key interest rates unchanged. The ECB’s important so-called deposit rate thus remains at 3.75 percent, the same level as the Riksbank’s policy rate.
In June, the ECB cut interest rates by 0.25 percentage points, which was the first cut since 2019.
Thursday’s announcement was expected. Inflation in the eurozone fell to 2.5 percent in June, but the upward pressure on wages creates uncertainty about future inflation.
Most analysts believe it will take until September for the ECB to continue normalizing the interest rate situation with another rate cut.
The EU Parliament approves Ursula von der Leyen as Commission President for another five years.

How is it that it is more important to focus on England’s anger, frustration and bitterness than to rejoice with Spain’s European Championship gold, I silently wonder as I “swipe” through your news, along with all the other negative things that can happen or have happened?
Is there really nothing positive that is worth reporting on, but it is the negative quagmire that sells the most “clicks” and must therefore be the front of your headlines !!? Do you have no ethics of consequence in the thought behind your “putting in the running” because you can make the most beautiful day bad if you highlight the bad – as you do!!
