Never-before-seen footage has emerged of John Fitzgerald Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, who was assassinated while his motorcade was passing through Dallas on November 22, 1963. The footage of Kennedy, whose bloody long underwear had previously been sold for $1 million, being assassinated, will be auctioned at the Remarkable Rarities auction. The auction, which began on September 4, will continue until September 28.

The never-before-seen original 8mm color films up for auction include footage of Kennedy’s motorcade before it arrives at Dealey Plaza and the presidential limousine speeding down North Stemmons Expressway en route to Parkland Memorial Hospital after the assassination.

Additionally, photos show four Dallas Police Department motorcycles and a red flashing police car following them, escorting the presidential limousine (a modified midnight blue 1961 Lincoln Continental Convertible) down the highway.
Secret Service Agent Clint Hill is seen jumping in the back of the vehicle, protecting First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy as she drapes herself over her injured husband.
