Destiny 2: Weekly reset on 6/6.

Destiny 2 is approaching the weekly reset, and that means it’s time for a new installment in the Season 21 seasonal story and weekly activity reset. As always, MeinMMO gives you an overview.

This is happening this week: With the weekly reset in Destiny 2, the Guardians can expect another and, above all, new piece of story in the seasonal story in week 3.

  • This week it’s against Kelgorath, and of course the Guardians will have to delve deep into the quest “Into the Deep” again to elicit another intel on the Witness’s past from Sloane.

    • Many a keeper is also hoping for an exotic quest that was leaked in advance. It is said to bring the last undiscovered exo-weapon of season 21, supposedly a scout rifle, into play. It is rumored that Bungie plans to reveal this in week 10. If not, the leak was just smoke and mirrors.

    Vanguard: Dawn – The Crucible

  • “Disgraced”in the cosmodrome
  • Navôta, the witch and successor to Omnigul, has killed Shaw Han, Cas and Maeve’s fireteam. Deprive the Hive in the cosmodrome of their leader again and take revenge – also in Shawn’s name.

    • Earn the Dusk Weapon this week: The machine gun “The Swarm”
    You can earn the master versions of all twilight weapons in Season 21 from June 13th.

    Crucible – This is the rotating PvP activity

  • Both Conflict and Team Scorched modes are running in PvP this week.
  • There you will also get the bonus to your Crucible Rank Points this week.

    • Endgame: Raid challenges and dungeon rotation

    Farmable endgame in weekly rotation: In the further endgame the legacy rotations are waiting. Both the rotation raid and the rotation dungeon are farmable. This means you can complete the individual encounters again and again to receive a wide variety of items and complete your collection. Including possible exotics obtainable in this content.

  • The weekly Legacy Raid is the Deepstone Crypt with the Eyes of Tomorrow exo.
  • In addition, there is an extra pinnacle loot with the Exo-MG “Xenophage” in the dungeon “Pit of Heresy”

    • Bungie will continue to expand these activity rotations of content from Season 22 onwards. Then players can play not only raids and dungeons as “legacy”, but also old exotic missions.

    The “Xenophage” can be earned via a quest that also leads to a dungeon.

    Weekly Activities

    A number of activities and challenges have been updated again with the weekly reset, giving players a variety of rewards and progression, and making them better Wardens through repetition.

  • In the new Season 21, the Guardians must dive to the seabed of Titan, because it is infested with the Taken and the Hive. They’re looking for something at the bottom of its methane ocean. This promises the solution of ancient mysteries and more information about the origins of the witness.

    • Lightfall – Weekly campaign mission

  • “Desperate Measures”
  • The Guardians must go deep underground in Lightfall to reach the “Veil”. In doing so, they are joined by Caiatl forces in an epic battle just outside the Ishtar facility.

    • Ascendant Challenge – Dreaming City

    If you still need Triumphs from the Dreaming City, then watch out: The Corruption reveals new approaches with a sip of “Queen’s Leave Tincture”.

  • Petra Venj has the 3rd Ascendant Challenge for you this week. You can find Petra and her quest offer at the Divalian Mists location in the Dreaming City. The City of the Awakened enters the second tier of corruption.

    This is the new max level: In the new Season of the Deep (Season 21), the power level does not increase further. The maximum power level of your equipment that you can reach remains at 1,810 and you can chill and enjoy the new seasonal content without stress and replenish your resources with the fishing activity.

  • In the Lightfall, new Wardens start at power level 1,600.
  • The soft cap is 1,750.
  • The powerful cap at 1,800.
  • With top loot you can bring yourself to the hard cap of 1,810.
