(Finance) – The board of directors from Destination Italyan Italian Travel Tech company specialized in quality incoming tourism to Italy and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, ha appointed Giulio Valiante as the new president. Former member of the Board of Directors and main shareholder of the company, Valiante replaces Dina Ravera, who resigned from office in August for professional reasons.
The society Lensed Starattributable to Ravera for 69.93% and Valiante for the remaining 30.07%, owns 5,741,800 shares of the company, equal to 47.34% of the capital.
