Utrecht – A disturbed man who has slandered, insulted and threatened a woman with whom he had three dates for months must be treated in a psychiatric clinic. The 42-year-old Utrechter will not be prosecuted for the criminal offenses that the court deems proven. The judge declared the man, who suffers from a mental disorder, completely insane.
