Deprogramming alert on France 2 War in Ukraine obliges the

France 2 had planned to broadcast a TV movie, “Alice’s fight”, this Wednesday, March 26, 2025. She had to change her plans and deprogram fiction.

The evening of this Wednesday, March 26, takes an unexpected turn on France 2. The unpublished TV movie Alice’s fightplanned in prime time, will not be broadcast as expected. The public channel deprogrammed its fiction event at the last moment on animal abuse, a fiction caught up in reality. Surrounded by a casting of choice with Nicolas Gob and Carole Bianic, this fiction committed, however, promised a highlight in emotions.

The TV movie Alice’s fightunpublished, was indeed highly anticipated. Adapted from Dominique Legrand’s shock novel “8865”, he accurately tackles the sensitive question of animal abuse through the gaze of a teenager, launched in a fight to save a calf from the slaughterhouse. Lucy Loste Beret embodies Alice, 16, who finds a new meaning in her life thanks to her meeting with the animal.

But it is ultimately a completely different program that viewers will discover this evening on the two. The burning news forced the chain to review its grid at the last minute, on the eve of the “Peace and Security Summit for Ukraine” organized in Paris by Emmanuel Macron. France 2 thus gave priority to an exceptional interview with Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president.

From 9 p.m., live and simultaneously on the antennas of European public media members of the UER (the European Union of Radio-Television), Volodymyr Zelensky will therefore speak to France, but also to all of Europe. From Paris, he will face the questions of four journalists representing different mainstream media of the public service: Caroline Roux for France Télévisions, Jeremy Bowen for the BBC, Jessy Wellmer for the German channel Ard and Joakim Klementi for Estonian public television. An event not to be missed, also to follow on franceinfo and digital platforms France.tv and Franceinfo.fr.

As for the broadcast of the TV movie Alice’s fightit is postponed to a later date which has not yet been communicated. It will therefore be necessary to wait a little longer to discover this promising fiction, already available in preview on France.TV. The poignant story of Alice and her saving meeting with animals will undoubtedly find her audience, as before her the novel of which she is adaptation.
