We have been making cans for a long time in Sweden. But why not start with old snuff boxes too?
The brilliant idea came to Wilma Hjerp and Elin Larsson Gudmundsson at Rättvik’s high school, who realized it through their UF company.
– Always saw the boyfriend’s wastebasket filled with snuff boxes, says the duo about how the idea first came about.
The snuff box is placed in the machine that reads the bar code to be tipped into a hatch, where the boxes are collected in a container and then sent on their way to a company that recycles the material.
