According to P4 Västmanland the dentist pulled out nine teeth on a patient in Västerås without properly examining them with X-rays. The same patient is said to have also received a heavy overdose of anesthetic.
In another case, the dentist skipped anesthesia altogether. Then he performed a root canal on healthy teeth, completely without anesthesia.
