It was at the beginning of March this year that the man, who is in his 30s, entered Systembolaget in Gothenburg and tried to buy alcohol.
But the staff in the store did not allow the man to buy anything because, according to the judgment from the Gothenburg district court that News24 took part, considered him to be “very affected and up to speed”.

When the man in question was not allowed to shop, he became, according to a security guard who testified in court, “upset”. In connection with this, he repeatedly made Hitler salutes with his arm and shouted both “heil Hitler” and “Jew bastards” inside and outside the store.
In questioning, the man himself has stated that he does not remember the incident.
“He remembers that he had drunk a lot of alcohol and that he took an electric scooter to Systembolaget. He also remembers that the staff refused him to buy alcohol. After that he remembers nothing more, except that he has a vague memory of sitting in a police car”, the district court judgment states.
The man is sentenced to a suspended sentence and 40 daily fines of SEK 390, which corresponds to SEK 15,600, for incitement against a group of people. He must also pay SEK 800 to the crime victim fund.
