On Sunday, the demonstration marched through the city with Palestinian and Lebanese flags.
– We hope that there will be an end to the misery that is happening in the Middle East, says Nabil Abdulmajid, who is one of the main organizers of the demonstrations in Malmö.
After the situation in Lebanon worsened with thousands of people fleeing, Nabil expected more outraged people to join.
– Considering what is happening in Lebanon, there will probably be more people who are upset and angry, he says.
In the demonstration, both calls for a cease-fire in Gaza and in Lebanon were heard.
– If there is a ceasefire now, there will be no demonstration next Sunday, says Nabil Abdulmajid.
