The cut on the Catharijnesingel does not apply to cyclists and pedestrians. But there are more exceptions: emergency services, logistics transport such as trucks and delivery vans, coaches, public transport, taxis and cars from the municipality may continue to drive there. In addition, residents of the apartments above Hoog Catharijne, employees of home care, general practitioners and midwives can apply for an exemption.
