[Mis à jour le 2 mars 2022 à 15h52] This is a first on the Ile-de-France network! Delays accumulated over a whole year on the RER B are now reimbursed for the users concerned. This Wednesday, March 2, 2022, Île-de-France Mobilités (IDFM) opened its RER B refund platform. Any user impacted by less than 80% punctuality on their transport line over the past year can request a partial refund. of their Navigo pass.
Who is affected by the RER B reimbursement platform?
Users who have taken an axis of the RER B with a punctuality rate of less than 80%, for at least 3 months, are eligible for reimbursement. But beware, these reimbursements of the RER B only concern for the moment the delays of the past year, i.e. 2021. According to the figures of IDF Mobilités over the whole of the past year 2021, 4 axes are concerned:
- Aulnay-sous-Bois/Mitry-Claye
- Aulnay-sous-Bois/AirportCharles-de-Gaulle 2 TGV
- Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse/Sceaux Park
- Robinson/Bourg-la-Reine
To obtain this reimbursement, you must have lived (a certificate of residence is required), worked (a payslip or employer certificate is required as proof) or studied (a school certificate is required as proof) in a city near the one of the axes affected by the delays.
Reimbursement is made on a Navigo Annual, Senior, imagine R Student and School card, Navigo Month including the Discovery pass and on Smartphone, or on the 50% Reduction Month and 75% Solidarity Month Pass.
Until April 4, visit the website ofIle-de-France Mobilitiesthen click on the axis taken. Attach proof of residence, work or school, indicating one of the municipalities close to the proposed axis concerned, which you have visited. Reimbursement, which is made by bank transfer only within 3 weeks, depends on the number of months of accumulated delay and your plan. The user can claim reimbursement for one month of Navigo subscription or half of a month of Navigo subscription (i.e. 37.60 euros) from the moment the delays lasted less than 6 months.
What route does the RER B line take?
Line B of the RER crosses Île-de-France, passing through Paris and connecting Charles-de-Gaulle 2 TGV Airport and Mitry – Claye to the northeast with Robinson and Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse South. It is the second busiest line in the RER network.
