Delaf takes up Lagaffe: “I made my specifications, but also my desires”

Delaf takes up Lagaffe I made my specifications but also

Gaston Lagaffe is back! Lagaffe is this comic book character imagined by Franquin, the author of Spirou et Fantasio and Marsupilami in 1957. We thought his adventures ended with the death of his creator. But the publisher Dupuis decided to revive it by entrusting it to a Quebec designer, Marc Delafontaine, known as Delaf. After legal twists and turns, with Franquin’s daughter opposing this resurrection, the court gave the publisher the green light. The 22nd volume of the adventures of Gaston Lagaffe will be on sale tomorrow.
