Many film fans doubt Die Hard’s Christmas film status. The hit is set at Christmas, there are Christmas carols and one of the terrorists even wears a Santa Claus costume. That should actually be enough. Maybe Die Hard is just too good an action film to be celebrated as a Christmas film.
