The Swedish Defense Material Agency (FMV) has placed a new order for robots for the Patriot air defense system.
Four fire units were ordered from the USA four years ago and have since been delivered to the Swedish Armed Forces.
How many robots have now been ordered is secret. Nor has it been made public what they cost.
– They will be delivered in batches over the next few years, says Christer Mellgren, project manager for air defense system 103 at FMV, to SVT.
