This year, the Deck the Halls Artisan Market at the Ingersoll Creative Arts Center will be adding what organizers are calling the “Cookie Walk.” From 1 pm to 4 pm on Friday, Nov. 22, and from 10 am to noon on Saturday, Nov. 23, bosses will be able to select from dozens of varieties of scrumptious home-made cookies. With containers and pickup flip flops available to help with the purchases, the Cookie Walk is an easy way to stock up on Christmas treats at $8 a dozen.

Another highlight of the market will be the raffle for a beautiful quilt donated by the Oxford Quilters Guild, as well as bonus prizes of three original creative works.

An annual feature at the arts center for more than two decades, the market welcomes more than 50 artisans who will be offering a dizzying array of Christmas and holiday gifts. From pottery to fine art to knitwear, there will be hundreds of gift ideas to choose from, organizers promised.

A portion of each sale during the popular event will also be donated to the creative arts center to support the member-run not-for-profit.

The Deck the Halls Artisan Market is scheduled from 1 pm to 8 pm on Friday, Nov. 22, and from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, Nov. 23. Following the two-day event, the Deck the Halls extended sale will be open daily at the center Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm and Saturdays from 1 pm to 4 pm until Dec. 12.

The Ingersoll Creative Arts Center is located at 125 Centennial Lane near Ingersoll’s Victoria Park.
