Death sentence for Iranian rapper Tomac Salihi!

Call from Biden to Netanyahu for an agreement for Gaza

32-year-old Iranian rapper Tomac Salihi, who was arrested in the protests that started across the country after the death of Mahsa Amini in September 2022, was sentenced to death. Salehi’s lawyer, Emir Reisiyan, said in his statement to the Iranian press that the Isfahan Revolutionary Court issued a death sentence against Salehi on the charge of “causing corruption on earth”.

Stating that the Isfahan Revolutionary Court did not comply with the previous decision given by the Supreme Court, Reisiyan said, “The Revolutionary Court, in an unprecedented way, ignored the Supreme Court’s verdict on Salehi and issued a death sentence for him.”

THE PREVIOUS DEATH ORDER WAS REVERSED BY THE SUPREME COURT!

Salehi, who was accused of organizing and participating in the protests that started across the country after the death of Mahsa Amini in September 2022, was detained by security forces while trying to escape the country. The previous death sentence given to him due to his actions encouraging “violence” and “conflict” during the protests was overturned by the Supreme Court and commuted to a prison sentence.
