In 2021, in the film Everything smiles at us, Guy Marchand played a grandfather suffering from cancer, while, the same year, in the television film The Last Part, he played a man who chose to be euthanized. “I’m rehearsing my death. Like that, it’s almost done,” the actor mischievously confided to Parisian. “Cinema is fantastic! It makes you stupid at first, only worrying about your navel, but as you get older, you realize that it’s something magical,” added Guy Marchand.
