The famous architect Roland Castro died at the age of 82. The man behind the Labor Exchange in Saint-Denis and the International City of Comics in Angoulême sought to fight against social segregation in the suburbs through a vision of densified housing. Architecture for him was a political fight. Architecture to create social ties. His life and work with Jean-Louis Violeau, sociologist, professor at ENSA Nantes and at the Urban School of Sciences-Po. Author of Les Architectes and Mai-68, Research editions.
