There are 41 people on the list, 26 men and 15 women. Among these are both serious criminals who have been sentenced to long-term prison sentences for crimes such as attempted murder, serious drug offenses and serious weapons offenses – and completely unpunished people such as Alexandra Hanell-Vesterberg, number 18 on the list.
She says she has no connection to crime.
– No, absolutely nothing at all. Someone is probably trying to play on my feelings, or yes, the feelings of many others, and play a trick at someone else’s expense, says Alexandra Hanell-Vesterberg.
Don’t want to go out
When it gets dark, Alexandra prefers not to go out. Not since she, with both name and address, was singled out as a potential target in the gang war that claimed many lives.
– I can’t seem to be me anymore, says Alexandra Hanell-Vesterberg.
– It feels too damned not to be able to be who I am and to be able to go out and have fun.
Of the 41 people on the so-called death list, 23 are completely unpunished, while two women and 16 men are convicted of some crime. Nine of the men have been sentenced to prison. The most common crime is drug crime, all convicted men except one have been convicted of at least minor drug crime.
The police: The list is made up
The police do not know who created the so-called death list, but make the assessment that the list is made up.
– It is a falsarium, it is not correct. There are names on that death list that have probably been picked from some other social media, but there are also names of completely innocent people. It’s probably just someone who has put it together to make themselves look a little different, says Erik Nord, head of the investigation unit at Police Region West
Alexandra Hanell-Vesterberg has made a police report about illegal threats. But when the police can’t guarantee that something won’t happen to her, she can’t relax.
– Still when I’m out walking the dog, I feel like I have to look over my shoulder, says Alexandra Hanell Vesterberg.
