Dear bills: SACE and Dolomiti Energia to support SMEs

Sace Latini An uphill restart of the Italian economy

(Finance) – An agreement has been signed between the Dolomiti Energia Group and SACE to facilitate requests for payment by installments of electricity and gas bills. The objective of the agreement – explains the note – is to create the most favorable conditions for customers of Dolomites Energy, scompany that operates in the sale of electricity and gas, to negotiate the deferment of payment of bills through Cauzione Energia PMI, an entirely digital solution, implemented by SACE BT – the SACE Group company specializing in the insurance of short-term trade credits, sureties and construction risk protection – to support Italian SMEs affected by the increase in energy costs.

The tool, designed to facilitate the granting of installment plans for the amounts relating to electricity and gas consumption, allows companies to offer a payment guarantee, in the form of a deposit, issued only after the creditworthiness assessment, for an amount equal to the deferred invoices.

SMEs, after having negotiated the structure of the installment plan of one or more invoices for energy consumption with Dolomiti Energia, will be able to request the deposit directly on the Sace website, where a simulator is available which, based on the 2021 financial statement data , returns in real time an initial indication of the acceptability of the request and the cost of the deposit itself. SACE BT awill analyze the request and, in the event of a positive outcome of the assessment process, will issue, in digital format, the guarantee to be presented to the energy supplier.

“This agreement – he commented Donata Dallavo Operation Director of Dolomiti Energia – represents a further element of the Company’s constant commitment to be close to our small and medium-sized business customers in this critical moment from an economic point of view”.
