It was last autumn that the Kronofogden showed an apartment in Gothenburg that had been put up for forced sale – while the owner was lying dead under the bed.
After the apartment tour, one of the inspectors from the Swedish National Police raised the alarm that there was a dead man in the home, and according to the police, the body may have been in the home for several years.
Now the Judicial Ombudsman is examining the case more closely.
