In one area, it is even so close that the mill ‘may have a crossing over the municipal border with De Ronde Venen’, as can be read in their plans. De Ronde Venen will now send the answer: ‘We inform you in advance that if a proposed wind turbine (…) ‘swings’ over our municipal boundary, we will under no circumstances grant a permit for it.’
