De Nora subsidy of 3225 million euro from MIMIT for

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – De Nora Industriesa company listed on Euronext Milan and specialized in electrochemistry and the green hydrogen supply chain, announced that the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy And De Nora Italy Hydrogen Technologies (DNIHT) have signed the concession decree which recognizes DNHIT an amount equal to 32.25 million euros in form of contribution to the expense from the fund established by the Ministry for financial support to companies participating in the implementation of Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI Fund).

The subsidy recognized by the Ministry is aimed at the realization of the Italian Gigafactory project by DNHIT in joint venture with snam. The amount referred to in the concession decree is financed through resources of the PNRR.

The amounts intended for the granting of concessions to DNHIT may be later integrated up to 63.2 million eurosfollowing the additional availability deriving from the activations destined to support the IPCEI Hydrogen 1.
