Main results obtained
Focus on ecological transition based on two pillars: digital transition and energy transition, already identified in the 2023-2026 Business Plan. Environment: recycling and recovery of waste and end-of-life equipment. Adopt 5 hives with 300,000 bees and promoted urban reforestation projects. Enhancement of human capital. And then Worker training and safety: 12,879 hours of training, of which 1,396 dedicated to safety; no work injuries to its employees on construction sites managed by the Group in 2022. Innovation and digital transformation: evolution of the traditional market landscape in line with the macro-trends that have developed in recent years, including the digitization of services, the evolution of processes and sustainability, thanks to the development of numerous projects.
