“The reimbursement for an intern in the hospital is about 100 euros per month and we think that is far too little,” says Pim den Boon of the Medical Student, the National Association of Doctors in Employment (LAD). “And it is unfair, because other interns in the hospital and interns in care for the disabled do receive a full internship allowance of about 400 euros or even more.”
