Google Sweden has compiled this year’s search trends, based on several categories. In Nyhetsmorgon, the company presents the top 10 lists in terms of news and events and people, as well as questions that begin with “why”, “how”, and “what”.

When it comes to news and events, the war in Israel and Gaza tops the list, followed by electricity subsidies and the Gröna Lund accident.

When it comes to the most searched people, the list is topped by David Ritschard, Loreen and Marie Bergman.

– David Ritschard was in connection with the collapse at Allsång at Skansen, where many people searched for what happened and how he was doing, says Andrea Lewis Åkerman, communications manager at Google Sweden.
